That should read

"GM Parts Direct is mail fraud only."

The initial price may be better sometimes but, the shipping is usually outrageous. They also can take forever to confirm/ship your order. I used them one time for something, NEVER AGAIN!!

I hope you paid by CC instead of bank card. Ive been screwed so many times purchasing things with my bank card. The most recent being a $150 item that UPS supposedly delivered, but never made it to my front steps. Im sure I'll be screwed out of the money as they will simply show the confirmation from UPS. UPS simply said "well, it was delivered". This after I requested signature only.
I do business in person whenever possible but from now on only with a site sponser.

They do have a number, actually. I remember seeing it in another post. I believe Flow Chevrolet is in NC somewhere, and by concatenating the words "flow" and "chevrolet" and putting a ".com" at the end gets you a website based out of Winston-Salem, NC. I didn't post the actual website due to non-sponsorship but it should be clear enough. I assume it's the same outfit and it has toll-free numbers to call (although "internet sales" has a toll number). So you can call them and give them hell if you need to. I imagine they keep it secret because their customer service is terrible.

I havent had a problem yet. Knock on wood. They sent me the wrong intake valve seals back when I put my cam in. They sent me the right set out pretty dam quick. My head gaskets and LS6 valley cover made it here ok too. Vast majority of the stuff I have ordered was right on. Sucks your having a run-in with them.

Yeah, that is some serious bs. I would try to get a #, surely someone on here has it. I would raise all kinds of hell over something like that, surely a manager will just give it to you for the paid price because he won't want you to stir anything up. The more noise you make the more likely you are to get the stuff for the price you paid. Good luck bro.

I would say, how long ago did you place that order? When I ordered mine in Feb. it was $266. They are listing the price right now at $271.

Are you ordering p/n 12335634 ?

I don't understand the extra $70 shipping, that's BS. Mine shipped for $35. I'd cancel the order if I were you - nothing seems right about it.

Check with SDPC ---->

I've always had great service from them and email updates when things are backordered and when they ship.
