GM Parts Direct
Hey guys listen to this story and tell me what I should do.
I recently ordered a Z71 Tahoe grille for my truck. It was gonna be like 250 plus 30 to ship so i went ahead and paid. Came to be 288. 2 weeks of waiting goes by i get an email says that the part number has changed, price has gone up 40 bucks, and they want an addition 70 for shipping. Does this seem right to you? I cant find a phone number to call, and they only respond to emails like every 3 days. WTF should i do?

Do you have a recipt confirming the price and shipping costs? I would stir up so much **** that there next stock investment would be in Charmin. GM Parts Direct is running a very close second to AIM industries in the horror story department. Contact SDPC here on the site and see what they can do for you.

print the e mail, take it in and tell them everything is prepaid, in full, upfront,
part has already been paied for in advance, to the prices quaoted including shipping at the time of payment. it's been two weeks, wheres my part.
if they give you any crap about paying more for the part, wave your recipt in the air, and say it has already been paied for in full at the price you asked for.
