ok what im asking is if you look it has almost looks like a metal engine mount that hooks the crossmember to the frame.

and the 2 bushings should go opposite ways

That sounds about right. It is definitely the bushings in the engine mount looking things where the torsion bar crossmember mounts to the frame.

15736950 SHOULD BE SAME FOR BOTH SIDES
