Default fuel injector o rings

Took off the fuel rails on my 02 Denali. Do the o rings always have to be replaced when the fuel rail is removed?

As long as their not damaged or torn, you should be ok. Just check them real good and use vasoline or some kind of lube to get them back in. Just be careful on the install and don't tear them or they will leak.
