thats odd. You should be able to fire it up with or without a tune so I dunno. The only thing i am wondering if ythe polarity is switched on some if that even possible with the wire connectors.

Only thing I can think of is making sure all the connectors are connected solid. I know those grey plastic retainer clips are a PITA.
You didn't get the connectors mixed up did you?

I know when I swapped out the injectors on my 03' to 31lbs it started up fine without a tune. Although I didn't drive it far before getting my tune adjusted.

how long did the injectors sit before you installed them??? I have seen injectors that were working when pulled be "froze" up when you try to use them after a long storage period. might try soaking the ends in some carb cleaner to free up the pintles, its just normal fuel/combustion deposits that cause them to "freeze up" and not work

does the motor turn over ?and just dont start.or it doesnt even start.maybe you plugged em in upsidedown.idk thats weird they should start right up .i know someone with brand new 1s if you need em lol.seriously though if its turning over i would say the inj need to be cleaned on a machine or soak em and blow through them.good luck .
