How did you pay for them (checking, credit card)? If you paid with a CC you can file a complaint with your CC company and they will usually for sure get your money back.

If you paid with a money order I'd just count it as a loss and forget about it. That sucks man..

Bummer about your experience man.
Sadly, the MO gives you no recourse. I learned to use a CC on ALL eBay/PayPal purchases and risk banishment if/when someone bends you over. PayPal is just about the worst way to go ( but a necessary evil ) in terms of user and buyer protection.

Sad but true! I haven't heard from the guy and after thinking about it, it looks like I'm SOL.
