Folding mirrors off a 2007 GMC Sierra?

Will these work on my 2000 Silverado? Here's the part GM part # 15124827. They are folding adjustable heat with the turn signal. My 2000 didn't have this option. How hard are they to wire up?

they are pretty damn difficult. ive heard of a couple people doing it, but its lots of rewiring.
