Default Flaps on rear of cab

What are these flaps for can they be sealed and not worry bout em

Yes u can, they just help to de pressurize the cab when you slam the doors shut and windows up

Yeah you need them. Put some tape over them from inside the cab and then close the doors - they dont close so easily then. that and pressure, let alone exhuast fumes will get inside the cab and not be able to escape. think of it this way - you have air that nautrally flows into the cab through the hvac inlet duct - it has to exit and that is behind the seats through those vents - you block it off and sit in traffic with all the exhaust fumes coming in with no place to go - you wont like it so much soon.

Those are body vents...without them the pressure in the cab could blow out your windows when you slam the door
