I got bashed pretty bad at the tire store for wanting 17's or 18's instead of 20's. I think he told me more specifically I had some silly reasons for doing so since there wasn't much of a weight issue.

I still haven't been there. One of these days I'll get this big beast on the strip. It finally seems to be running pretty good. I'll have the SMC Alcohol kit installed next week hopefully. Maybe I'll be able to go Wed after work. If you see a black sierra crew cab with a guy in a shirt and tie, that's me. LOL I have to work till 7pm in Lee.

I do like the look of the 20's... but I'd rather be faster than flashy.
You just need to get a light weight 20" wheel:

These only weigh about 24lbs. each!

Yeah, to be honest, I probably WILL end up with some Centerline 20-inchers. I'm surpised at how cheap they can be found for...

About Tow/Haul - I don't think that'll help in the quarter... in my truck, T/H mode bumps the WOT 1-2 shift down from 5,600 to 5,200. The 2-3 shift stays the same at 5,200.

I tried tow/haul at the track and I lost about .12 and nearly 1 mph.

These are the wheels I'm considering. Centerline Voltage They weigh in at 13-14 lbs less each stock for the 20's. They look almost the same as the wheels that come on the VHO. I am thinking about getting the 17", that is if I can get someone to buy my VHO stockers.
