the one I ran was a 2 door. Those 4 door srt10s are very slow right now with their auto trannies and BAD torque management settings. High 14s I believe

I thought the srt-10 msrp was $46k did he have $34k in his exhaust to make the $80k price tag or did he just pay 34k over sticker for it just imagine how bad it would have been if he had a supercharger he probably would struggle for traction at 50mph.

"mine only cost $17k, what was yours?" comment very nicely.

kinda like when a guy on a $6k crotch rocket hands you your *** in your $17k truck. just putting things in perspective for you

I didnt say that comment like a cocky bastard...but I did regret saying it. More or less I was just asking what he paid for it. I see your point though. 46k? Where'd you see that #

wow..thats alot lower than I expected. Im sure theres a bunch of must have options and a huge dealer markup. Hell, that motor costs 20-25k just to buy from Mopar doesnt it? D/C is being kinda shady with the guys that bought these. They wont release a US, or Worldwide production number. They just say...they are real rare. People have heard 5 per state, 250 total, 450 total, 2000 total. Its kinda rediculous. Just as it was with my SS...it wasnt even rare, but I got a birth certificate and dash plaque. The SVTs get numbered. Anything that should truly be rare should be numbered and documented. Id feel like *** if I spent 70K+ for 'rarity' and I had one of 10,000 when I thought it would be one of 1000.

I believe the options are few if any. like what color do you want. they come in black, silver and red. they have a kicking 500+ watt sound system FACTORY with a sub. I think it is 8 or 9 speakers total. for what you get 46k is an awesome price, just not practical for most folks.

I have seen a few in Houston and I talked to a dealer a while back and they were selling them for sticker. He said they didn't move real fast for obvious reasons. most folks aren't ready to pay 46k for a single cab truck that gets 10 mpg. It would make a fun toy

The dealers actually do sell them for under 50K surprisingly. There are a ton of SRT-10's on FLW for some reason. I've seen 3 at different times at Scottsdale Rd. and FLW. Haven't had the pleasure of a race yet. I'd take them from a stop pretty bad, but they would kill me from a roll, I still wouldn't trade my AWD though.

I know for fact you would smoke his *** from a stop. CRAZYCUTER4.8's cousin has a black SRT-10 and the first 2 times we got him to the track he couldnt run better than like a 14.8 or 14.9(traction) Then he put some 18" slicks on the back and his best run was 14.08 or so.(75 degree+ and Louisiana humidity) Later that night he broke his rear-end! LOL! I felt bad for the guy-he ahdnt even made his first payment on that badboy. So line that trick up from a stop and hand him his ***!

just make sure you shut it down after 100mph or he will run you down. street light to street light you could probably take him but if there is a good stretch of road he will real you in. 500hp is hard to hang with on the highway.
