FAST Injectors work on 5.3?

I'm wanting tu buy some fast injectors for my truck they r 39lb.. Will they work?

They will work fine however you will need to splice in some new connectors. You may also need to space the fuel rail. Here are mine (I used a Ford wiring harness):
