No need to apologize for being one of the lucky ones. I am just thankful that some still get to enjoy true performance gains without severe smog restrictions holding them back. That rocks.

 

yeah, it has only been with in the last couple of years like 2 that this has been possible. the key is to get a inspector on your side. the guys who did my exhaust system were a inspection so they just stuck on a sticker and I was good.
