Exhaust cut-out??!!
#1
Could you guys post vids of your trucks with cut-outs. (since I have stock cats/not gutted) Would it sound better to have the cutout further away from the cats or right after the y-pipe. I'm thinking right after the y-pipe. Since I have a quiet exaust most of the time while cruising around (Corsa)
I want something that will make some noise now and then but still have the sound of the Corsa other times. Do you guys like your cut outs?

I just put a cutout right after the y pipe right before the muffler. In a way I like it and in a way I dont. When I punch it from a luanch it sounds bad ***. if it is at idle it sounds bad ***, if I rev it sounds bad ***. The only thing I dont like is when I am going from a stop and doing normal driving, it sounds like I have a hole in the muffler, it is not a clean sound like I expected. And this is important becuase alot of the time all you are doing is driving normal.
I will try to get a sound clip when I am driving.
