what does that evap valve on the front of the intake do exactly?

Its emmission crap
When the gas tank builds up pressure it purges into the intake
instead of to atmosphere.

i'm sure you could delete the code with hptuners or the like. but how do you make it vent? a one way flapper valve or what?
