what's so hard about beleving his truck ran 14.40's?
these trucks are very capable of running high 14's in stock form just as mine did.

thank you! I acidently put extended cab no big deal everyone makes mistakes when they r typing on a blackjack2 in between classes

I don't understand why it's such a big deal ethier really.
Mine runs 13.7's with bolt ons and gears. I doubt i'm over 300hp seeing as how it's a 00" and all. My 04 with full bolt ons only put down 297 to the wheels......

i agree.... mine with stock intake exhaust and a hypertech ran 14.71 @89....installed LT's 4:10's and a tune and went 14.1 @95 with a 2.1 somesthing 60'. very possible, but that would be one freak truck....

get some baseline runs yourself just so you know for a fact what your truck runs but if it did run a 14.4 at the track after your planned mods i would think 14.0 give or take a tenth would sound reasonable
