Default erratic behavior

trying to narrow down where/if there is an issue. I got idle issues fixed from my t56 swap but need to adjust some spark as well possibly. Right now when driving my truck at random times it will sputter when trying to give it gas, but seems to get better after say 5 minutes of driving. At the same time of the t56 i relocated my coils and built custom MSD spark wires. This could also be an issue as well as one may not be built exactly right or a solid connection to the coil. Is there a way to log that in hptuners. Lastly i am not sure if this is a manual transmission thing but my exhaust backfires horribly when letting off the gas, it might be because it has no cats and dumped. Ideas are appreciated!

You can log current and history of misfires by cylinder in the scanner. That would be a good start.

There are fuel and spark DFCO (Deceleration Fuel Cut Off) tables that may need to be adjust for the T56. Starting with a manual car in the same OS would be good values to start with.

I will look into adding that to my channels to log, maybe it will give me a little insight into what is going on. I have a 2002 camaro 5.7 stock with a t56 that i segment swapped the transmission. It may not hurt to copy the DFCO values and start from there to see if it helps the backfire after letting off the gas. I know i can also maybe remove some timing because it doesn't take as much to turn a manual transmission as opposed to a stalled automatic.

If its a rich backfire, cutting the injectors in decel may help.

I actually have a log file from the last drive. I think i have the right channels logging. I will go ahead and attach it. the o2 sensors are brand new as well. You can tell in the tune with my sensors when they completely look like they are not working is when i am either shifting or there is backfires.
