Default 8.1L #7 misfiring

Hello everyone, I'm getting my ars handed to me and now I'm reaching out to you all for ideas, here's where I am at; new plugs, new wires, new coil, new cam sensor, new crank sensor, complete set of "different" injectors, swapped ECU. Performed a decarboning process (water and oil mixture) compression test, 150# on #5 & #7 didnot test compression any further.

I am now searching for the needle in the haystack.

How does the ECU determine a misfire?? Does it read the knock sensor and the firing sequence? If so it could be a flywheel bolt hitting,? ( I did not install the transmission, so I cant garantee anything). Could it be a restriction in the intake? Something on the top of the piston?

These 8100 are not cheap to work on so I really don't want to go all shotgun on it, I've invested a lot already.

Has anyone ever seen this before??

What code is it throwing?

Did the misfire start out of the blue or did it start after you had trans work done?

Pull the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator and check if fuel is coming out of regulator also plug that vacuum line with finger and see if misfire goes away.
jus a quick check off the top of my head.

Also verify continuity on the wires between the injector and ECU. They are like a 4-strand wire and sometimes break internally when handled. I had to replace 3 on my old LS Formula. Long shot, but I had tried everything else.
