Default Engine harness question

So I had a fire under the hood and am needing a new harness so I found the same harness other then it’s from a 4x4 anyone know if it will work! My truck is a 2002 Silverado 5.3l 2wd. The harness is from a 1999 Silverado 5.3 4x4

The pins are in a different location on the alternator for 99-00 Vs. 01-02 You might need to adjust it in the tune.
Other wise shouldn't be an issue. Just a few extra plugs as mentioned.
