If I purchased an engine harness with PCM would it include the OBDII port and Transmission harness or are those separate?
I'm juggling the idea of putting my 5.3 in the place of my 350 in the s10 blazer but I want to run newer style 4L60e so I have the same control over everything as I do now using EFI Live.

Trans harness yes. OBD port no. But you can rig that up pretty easy.

?? He is replacing a 350 with a 32X, thats replacing displacement with technology.

You could snag an OBII port and the wiring from another vehicle and run it into the cab, or buy the OBII port and wire in your own.

The blazer has one but didn't want to rewire it. Just wanted to get an idea of what I'd be getting into

I see. A bought harness will just come with the harness from PCM and fuse box to motor, wont run into the cab unless its one of the expensive, fully plug and play one's from somebody like Current Performance.

If it has one now, somewhere in the harness it already has the wires ran, the new harness might plug into those too. Youd have to make some calls or dig through some wiring schematics.
