Engine Cooling Fans by Flex-A-Lite question

Anyone experience replacing your stock belt driven fan for Flex a lite electrical fans. I own a 01 Suburban. Pros/ Cons?

Make sure you know what size rad you have first. No cons other than the price $$$$ Frees up HP, less noise. adjustability.
