vans? emissions tests? i have been deployed for the last two years in iraq... works wonders for my mileage. only 53,000 on a 2000. when did this start? what do they do? and how do i avoid them?

 

they are no threat they cant fail you just trying to cutback on the line at the test stations

 

so what, they test you and you pop up guilty... what do they do? putting the exhaust on is a pain but i could do it. what do they if it is bad?

 

I dont think the State of Alabama knows what emmissions are..

If the things work and they're used appropriately, this is a very cool idea IMHO. (I'm always leary that such technology will eventually be used inappropriately though...given that it most often is).
