Electronic or Mechanical boost gauge?

Electronic or Mechanical boost gauge?
Anyone here run both at one time or another? Notice any difference in readings?
I have mechanical now and have been thinking about going to electronic.
My boost gauge shows about -1 psi when the engine is off. Is that right?? Seems it was zero when I first installed it.

Most mechanical gaueges can be zeroed out, there should be a small adjusting screw on the back, or under the glass on the face.
Most Electronic gauges reset everytime the power is cycled. I know my autometer does.
I've ran a mecanical gauge next to a electronic gauge, but only to verify the electronic gauge is working and the engine doesn't have oil pressure. lol usally only see a 1 to 2 psi differents, if any.

I'd have more in my truck if I could find a place to mount them.
