If you aren't seeing bubbles in the fluid as it comes out then the teflon won't help.

Sounds like the master cylinder. You have nothing in the system but calipers and a master cylinder, right? There's no other possibilities.

Yeah - nothing but calipers and MC - and they are all brand new - could it be something with the hydro boost ?

Wait a sec here... I can just buy the suv calipers brackets and brakes for like an 05 and have 4 piston rear in my 99 nbs? And just buy 05 half ton **** and have bigger rotors and pads up front? I feel like im missing something cuz this seems too simple..

Nope. Not missing anything. It really is that simple.
For the fronts you need 05+ parts for a drum brake rear truck. Those are the ones that had the larger front brakes. At least that was my findings when I was doing this.

So 05 front calipers pads and rotors. Gonna have to look into this then. Way cheaper than the Baer system I've been looking at, maybe one day...
Thank you

yessir. When I did the swap like 4 years ago I think my total cost was under $450 and that was with new everything. Braided lines and all. A lot cheaper than the Bear. And if you do hydroboost with it holy **** what a difference lol

So are you still driving around with no brakes?
