That's too bad, I didn't hear anything about it.

Earthquakes are pretty freaky - my girlfriend and I felt one we had up here in the North East like 8 months back. That's my first.

We're laying in bed at about 5 in the morning. We both can't sleep because there were a ton of birds in the trees outside the window, who were squaking like crazy.

I'm on my side, back to her, and I feel the bed start to shift around like she's tossing and turning. It goes on for a second or two, when her bookshelf starts bumping against the wall. I roll over to see what the HELL she is doing, and she does the same with me. We both just look at each other all confused, and it all stops.

It sounds obvious, but we had no idea what it was until a few hours later when we heard about it on the news. It ended up taking place about 250 miles away in NH or VT.
