Here is what i did.... after Melting a Relay cause of the A/C on low and constantly kickin on and off.
I decided to rewire my setup..
PCM still controls Fans on low speed from ECT...
I can override the PCM and manually control the Low speed (Red switch)
I also removed the A/C Clutch Switch from the Fan circuit. I ran that wire inside so i manually control the Fan #2 High speed (Green Switch- Top Red LED)
I can-
a.)Turn Fan #1&2 Low speed (Red Switch)
b.)Turn Fan # 2 High speed (Green Switch)
c.)Turn Fan #1&2 High speed (both Red and Green Switch)
I Hardly ever use the switchs, only when i turn the truck off and if im fixin to work under the hood ill turn them on High to cool it off faster. Thats bout it..
I like this setup alot better than having it ran to the A/C clutch switch.
