"This daily driven label needs to be dropped!"
I don't think so, Parish could just turn down the boost for the daily commute and run 93 octane. Then fill up with his race mix when he wants some street or track action. If the guy puts ~200 miles on a car per week I will say thats daily driven. Some people don't put 200 miles per week on their "commuter" car going to work.
The "daily driven" label is just a term to describe reliability in my eyes... But who the hell am I...

wrong.
I rode with him a month ago from his house (Omaha, NE) to Hastings, NE (150 miles away). We cruised for a good 20 miles after filling up with race gas. Then drove to Lincoln (100 miles from Hastings) and cruised a good 30 miles there and raced approx 15 times still on race gas, then drove back 50 miles to Omaha.
If that's not daily drivable, I don't know what is
Now for the proper usage of the smilie

Obviously peoples views of daily drivebale are different.
You could always go slap some stock tires on a drag car and drive it down the road, but is it dialy driveable?
And who takes the a/c out of a daily driver?

Just because Jim chooses to run 112 doesn't mean that he couldn't run 93. The truck is super fast and street legal--why are we arguing about this?!
