Were the new tires distorting like? Even though they are performance tires, I'm sure they were hurting with all that power!

 

No - they handled it extremely well. BEtter balance, less runout than the factory firestones... they even hook real good in 2wd!

I was surprised, it "felt" like lower power pulls. Truck is running smooth and healthy. Pray for driveline parts as we beat the crap out of them during Drag Week!!!

 

Damn, I am getting a bandwidth exceeded message, must be a lot of people trying to see this thing. Congrats on the new #'s, you are making insane power for a streetable truck on pump gas. Can't wait to see the dyno vid and the new track vids that are soon to follow!
