How do I upload pics to a post? Every time I try it says my file is too big....

I'm no computer pro, but you need to make the picture smaller. What i do is use paint in the tool bar image-resize/skew-resize it smaller, should be good togo....I'm sure there are other ways but.......just trying to help.

file size too big... if u have photo editing software, just resize it, if its in inches... just place a 6 either on the height or width, should keep proportion and change the other value by itself... then save it as a jpeg file, should be around 150kb... small enough to use on the interwebs

The better option IMO is to sign up on a photo share site IE: photobucket. Upload them there then link them here.

yeah, but depending on connection speed and size of file, it could take him a while to upload the pic onto photobucket

Photobucket is going to have about as good a server as anyone. WIth a normal cable connection and a 1mb picture it should take no longer than a few seconds.
