Drag Week Update

Drag Week Update 2nd day info!!
I went and saw them off in KC today! They are making the drive to St louis now so here is a little teaser
Ok here are a few quick updates parish broke his record with a 10.13@135
He does not want to bust a nine just yet! Its still the first day!! I will say that this whole drag week thing IS FING COOL!!!
There were a few 8.5 second cars but they are all in the BB poweradder class. there are only two cars that Jim needs to worry about one is that chevy 2 wagon with the strait 6 and a big *** turbo. He was at the pump gas drags! Today he only made one pass and hit a mid to low 9 at like a 145mph We need for this guy to break! And the other car jim needs to keep his eye on is Justin Bruschman (sp) Worlds fastest O5 mustang! he hit a 10.6 today with only one pass. Word is that car has more in it too.

Good luck and don't break anything but 9s 
That car has to have more in it if its the fastest 05. In last months 5.0 magazine there was the first 05 in the 9s. He ran a 9.87 so that other stang has to be movin. Either way, it looks like a good time. Have fun.

Jim has a new best again!! At Gateway
They only made 2 passes today first time out with still a soft tune.
ran a 10.20@ 136 then went and made his next pass 10.08 at 136mph
They said that after that pass that they decided to call it a day and not go for a Nine just yet! They want to make the whole trip!!
