Door Panels
#2
Not sure about the rear doors (as I only have fronts lol), but on mine, there's the triangle panel by the mirror that just pops off, the panel that houses the window switches which also pops off (there's two notches if you look closely...you can put a pocket screwdriver in there and pry gently), the cover around the door handle just pops off, then there's 2 7mm bolts, one by the armrest and one under the cover for the window switches...I think that's the only screw IIRC> You can remove the door lock bezel by prying with a pocket screwdriver on each side, one at a time, and do the same for the light in the door, or leave it in and unplug it when you remove the panel. The trick to removing the panel is to pull it straight up, not out. It actually has prongs built into it that slide into the door skin...if you pull outward you'll snap them off. Once you get the panel off, check for any electrical connectors that may be attached to it (as in the tweeter connector, etc.) It may sound like alot, but after you've done it once or twice it turns into a five minute job.

My 03 has 2 7mm screws one under the lock thing and one by the armrest door handle. Pry the lock thing pull the screws out, pop out the panel around the door open handle and pop off the triangle piece then pull up on the door panel.
If I remember right the back door only has one screw in the cup holder and then it is all held on by clips, just start prying or pulling firmly to pop them loose after the screw is removed.

Also getting the one of the plugs off of the switches after the door panel is loose can be a pain if you don't know how it works as it is locked in there with a lever thingy, it's not that hard to figure out just be carful not to break the lever thingy.

thanks guys...
it worked PERFECT! only problem is on the front doors I couldn't figure out how to disconnect the power window switch so I kinda had the panel leaning on my shoulder when I installed the new speaker
