Need to replace my power lock accuator. Got the part, but I am a little leary on the door panel removal. Anybody got any tips or suggestions??? I guess the first step is the little (8mm I think) bolt right there by the arm rest??? I have a tool for the old style push pins...but this is a bit different. Thanks for the help in advance.

Just the manual lock button on mine. When I put it back it has never seemed to work correctly. I pulled up on the panel and tightened it and that seemed to help. This all started at the time of my escalade handles being put in not sure if that is part of it or not.

You'll be needin a 7mm socket for those screws. To line up my door lock button, I removed it from the door panel when I had the panel off, then re-installed the panel and just lined up the botton and popped it back on. Check the rod first though, it might get hung up when you remove the panel and might need to be straightened before re-installation.
