Oh yea by the way are you having regular lasik or intralasik? I had the intralasik and it was really easy. I can see perfect now too and I was blind as hell. But I thought I heard the military and police depts did not want their people to have this surgery??

well, the batt weights seemed close. i would have to weigh them to even see if there was a diff. optima comes with a nice handle tho, if that is a consolation. Keesler is one of those hospitals that will test stuff out first to see if it is good for the military before it goes mainstream military. So i guess i am having regular lasek, the doc has never said. I am nearsighted. I have talked to a few folks that have had it done and they love it. (done at keesler) Also, keesler is one of the few hospitals that does breast augmentation. so if you are military and want your womans ***** bigger, keesler is the way to go....

I knew it, I never believed in that stupid green light. I had a GM batter sit in the garage for 10 freakin years, and the light is still lite, but the battery is one of those things that makes you look at it, and say, why the hell do I have a 10 year old dead battery in my garage. I have never had a factory battery last me more than 2 years no matter where I had the vehicle. I usually within 6 months will put an aftermarket battery or optima in my vehicles!

There are those out there that still swear by that stupid green light!

on the battery, look on the top of it and you can see a green light lit through the clear little bubble/hole.

Dude, sorry for all the trouble. The AC Delco stack battereies are notorious for dead cells and leaking. Mine died, but I have seen the problem before, so I diagnosed it right the first time. Optima Red Top...Hmmmm...Got one after the AC Crapco, but got it for $50 new and legal BTW.

It was a one time deal from a guy that was a Interstate dealer.
