Default Does Your State Require Emissions testing?

I would like to know which states require any type of emissions test. I am already aware of California, Arizona, Nevada, and parts of Texas, but would like to know about the other states. Thanks in advance for your answers.

I have to have a non californian resident commuter pass sticker on the bumper (rollpan) of my truck no further than 7 inches from my license plate just to drive in california. i hate this state, i still havent put the sticker on.

Most parts of Maryland have emissions testing, including where I live.

AZ here.....OBDII vehicles are just plug-in and visual inspection only. I passed 2 days after my motor swap with the engine trying to stall every time I moved, smelled like *** because of the gutted cats. Passed with flying colors!
