soooo what happened?

 

i have raced a good share of harleys.... probably stock... beat all of them, dig and roll.... so with your mods, im sure you will take em easily.

 

If all he has is tune, pulley, you should beat him. They are big heavy *** trucks..

 

update... he ran on street tires.. just like i wanted it... we did it from a dig.... i jumped 2 trucks.. i love my 4hi pull with the stall... he started catching up but i still got him by one... and he had more then just pulleys.. i have a video will b posting as soon as i get it.. he wanted to race me on slicks.. for double or nothing.. i said no thanks.. and walked away... im sure he has me on slicks.. it was creeping hard on me when i shifted into 3rd.. im sure he will get me on slicks..so until i get more mods im good..hahaha..

Also I dont like it when people arent forthcoming on whats done to their truck.

On second thought, let him run his slicks, and you run a 100 shot. (without telling him of course)....that would get the bastard thinking...

 

well since i went broke with the stall gears and locker.. i will b needing to save for my next mod.. and yes that 100 shot is on my to do list.. but i think im going to do the tbss intake just for alittle more power.. my thirds died kinda bad..... hope this mod gets me pulling harder all the way to the end..also. one quick question.. i c everyone running 28s on the track.. i ran on my 31.6 ties.. stock one that came with my truck.. but i have some 30.5 i can put on.. wil this increase my performance? im on 4.10s idk if that matters. i always thought too small of a tire kills ur top end..

a smaller tire will give you more giddy up and could hurt you top end if not making enough power. on the street stay with you 31 in tires or even on the track since you have 4x4.

harley are just like a lightning but 4 door they make good power when modded. my friend with upper/lower pulley, tune, intake dynoed 417rwhp& 520 tq. I ran one with 430- 440rwhp, and 520 tq only difference of my friend and the one i raced was the one i raced had LT headers and a stall. I still came out with the win.

 

being in 4wd really kills the top end, good job on the win
