I had nothing but problems getting in touch with DMH, never got a payment confirmation, never got a return email, and I must have called there 50 times, but finally got through once. When I did get through the guy was sweet as pie on the phone and resolved my issue (inoperative 3" cutout) right away. When I originally ordered it, I think that I waited about 2ish weeks until I received it, but I also believe that the owner was going through some major personal issues at the time. Now that I have it installed on my truck, I'm happy as a pig in slop

My favorite "fun mod" so far...I pretty much open the thing up at least once daily, just for kicks or to tune out a ricer's thumping bass or fart can that's annoying me at a traffic light

update: still not here, its been 17 days and i have tried calling everyday not heard a single word from him

if someone ever does, ask him where my cut-out is please!!
