difference b/w 03 and 04 5.3?

Default difference b/w 03 and 04 5.3?

i noticed the power levels went up 10 hp on the 5.3 from 285 to 295 in the brochure. is it real or just marketing? TIA

probably changed the exhaust, or tuning

Probably added a few degrees of ignition timing OR played with A/F levels OR TqMgt...also 10hp isn't at the wheels. GM still is stupid and needs to offer 1500's with a 2500 driveline.

hell, 10FWHP is probably just due to a cooler temp in the room that day.

they call that the 1500 HD...or you could just buy a 2500.

well i guess they only way to find out is to dyno a new one and compare it to a dyno from a stock 02 or 03. 10 at the crank should make a few more at the rears right?

Nono, I mean a real 1500 like what I have. The 1500HD was a 2500. A 1500 with 4L80E and a 14 bolt 9.5" would kick ***.
