Did you wrap your transmission line from header heat?

Exactly, ATF burns like gasoline, say good bye to your truck if those lines fail and leak on the header. I hope your insurance is up to date.....

Assuming the lines are stock metal lines, exactly how would they "fail"? One of my OEM cooler lines is about 5mm away from one of the collectors and there's no issues whatsoever.

The only way that I've ever seen them fail is to rust through...

They could fail from rubbing on the header, we get cars in at my work that have rubbed a hole in the metal brake lines from rubber hose touching the brake line and rubbing constantly just from the engine moving on the mounts and vibrations, causing a brake fluid leak and once the brake fluid would leak all out from pushing the brakes you would have no brakes. So our manufacture had to come up with a fix.

No, my headers were inches away from my transmission cooler lines. No wrapping needed
