Default did i f*ck my engine up?

well while i was at the track the other nite my gas light came on and the closest gas station was 35 miles away and i didnt think i would make it. so i went to the track gas station and asked what they had and he said 87, 111, and 116 octane. all i can run is 93 with the tune so i asked him if the race gas was unleaded and he said it was. so i decided to mix the 111 and the 87 to get it around 93. so i put 1 gallon of 111 to 5 gallons of 87 just to be safe. and ran it and it started to run a little bad, but no knock. so i had him put another gallon of 111 in. and after 2 runs it started to miss. so i went home and on the way home it was missing pretty bad! so that night i filled it to the top with 93 to try and get all that other out. but its still missing. i took off all the wires and all the plugs and they look fine. my dads pretty deep into racing and he said all of the sonoco and vp racing fuels are leaded and that i probably fouled out some plugs even though they dont look like it. has anyone had this problem or does anyone have any suggestions of what may be wrong? i hope i didnt really screw something up? sorry so long!

Not all sunoco and vp fuels are leaded. I have some 110 unleaded sunoco sitting at work right now. If you ran leaded gas in it iw is probibly your 02's messing everything up. It will through it into limp mode and then it will miss.

well i haven't gotten the ses light yet so i dont think the o2 are messed up. and if it was unleaded then it shouldn't have hurt anything cuz i mixed it with plenty of regular gas.

you don't have cat converters on it still do you???? If you do and you ran leaded......I have bad news for you. Leaded gas will clog up cat converters in a heartbeat.

no SES lights but it still could be a bad o2 sensor or the cats.

I was told this and correct me if I'm wrong, but if you have a custom tune and were told only to run 93 octane you can still run 87 if you take it easy (no WOT or even 3/4). If I were in a situation where I needed gas and there was only 87 I would put enough 87 to get me to the next gas station.

Yes you can still run 87 on a 93 tune jsut stay out of it. I have had to do it on a couple of occasions.
