A number of people from this forum were asking when and where this was going to happen, so I started a separate thread in an attempt to keep the thread on-topic.

This year's event is being held along with the Houston Mopar Connection Club's Mopar event at HRP in Houston Texas.

Because of this arrangement, the only open time that will be available for anyone with a Chevy or Ford or alternate vehicle to come and enjoy some friendly competition would be on Friday night during the open track Test & Tune. Weather permitting I'm sure there will be a lot of folks there having some fun, with timeslips ranging anywhere from 10 to 16 seconds to cover just about anyone who would like to come race.

 

 

ahhhhh, there it is. don't think any bowties will be welcome though.

 

The test & tune night should be a public event, anybody can show up with whatever they want. I'm sure all sorts of different races can be arranged.
