Default Core PCM going bad??

So this is a strange one. When I first got my truck, I was driving back from NC and the AC started to ac up. One side was blowing hot air and the other cold. It finally fixed itself the next day and worked for the most part. I installed a PCM from wheatley and that ran perfect. I just uninstalled the PCM he gave me to get it retuned and installed the stock one I kept.

Truck started up fine but I then noticed that my AC was blowing out only towards the window. The compressor is fine but I am wondering if maybe my core PCM has gone bad. I am hoping I didn’t mess anything up taking off the wire harness. I was wiggling it some trying to get it off the PCM. Any ideas

It is not the PCM, the PCM does not control the HVAC system except for the AC Compressor Clutch. It is possible that the HVAC mode actuator is at fault. I would try to re-calibrate the HVAC actuators first. This can be accomplished by:
1. Place the ignition switch to the OFF position.
2. Remove the HVAC B fuse for a minimum of 10 seconds.
3. Re-install the HVAC B fuse.
4. Place the ignition switch in the RUN position.
5. Wait 40 seconds for the HVAC control module to re-calibrate.
