Default coolant hose replacement necessary?

I have a 1999 ecsb 4x4 with the 4.8. It now has 236,000 miles on it. I had one of the heater hose quick connects blow out on me yesterday, luckily i had a spare one with me. I started thinking about all the hoses on the truck. Wondering if i should replace all of them to avoid any future problems because i dont want to be stranded. Obviously the hoses on these trucks last WAY longer than they used to, but wondering just how long? Do they last the life of the truck possibly or should i change them with the mileage i have? Im especially concerned about the heater hose that has the built in 'Y' in it that also runs to the surge tank, that plastic 'Y' cant last forever. None of them look bad at all, no swelling at the ends..Any of you guys with the 1999-06 trucks with high mileage ever blown out any of the coolant hoses or heater hoses?

You can replace it with a gates, i ran it with no issues. Found it on amazon for 30-35.00.

I'd change them anyways honestly, but i like to do maintence no matter what.

Ran mine on my obs 5.3 swap for 50k an never had an issue with it. Oem hose is 100 vs 30-35.00 your choice. I am all for ac delco parts. At the time a 100.00 hose wasnt my concern

GM replaced the metal Y because of galvanization issues. The plastic Y doesn't have many issues aside from not taking as much abuse.
