Conversion help
I finally find a donor truck with a 5.3 and I have a few questions. My truck is a 1999 SCSB 4.3 auto Silverado truck and the donor truck is 2000 5.3 liter x-cab Silverado. In order to do the 5.3 swap into my truck do I only need the engine, Trans, engine harness, computer? Do I have to swap body, dash wiring, cluster? What about the fuel pump and fuel lines. Sorry I feel like a newbie asking all three questions

You may need to have the ex-cab ECU reprogrammed for the VATS.
