Can't answer the year part of your question, but...

"Electric" vs "manual" isn't a property of the SEAT. It belongs to the SEAT BASE. For the most part there's ALOT of SEATS you can bolt onto any given BASE. Not positive that applies to our trucks, but given the constraints of mass production, … I'd be REAL surprised if it didn't.

Meaning, if your electric function still works, there might well be AWHOLEHELLUVALOTTA seats that will bolt right up onto it. Could possibly be out of almost ANY GM vehicle, I don't know. Now, whether any random seat you might find in some vehicle would be the right height, width, etc. to hold your butt in the right place, might be a WHOLE OTHER question.

The lumbar is a common fix, you can search that if you want to. Not sure about the springs. If those are the only problems and the material is good, at least look into the lumbar fix.
The 99-06/07 classic NBS seats will all bolt right in with no modification needed (tahoes, suburbans, avalances, silverados, sierras). You will have better luck finding one with power and leather (or cloth) out of the SUVs, the manual seats with cloth in the pickups. The manual will save you about 25 pounds.
The 07-13 NNBS seats will also bolt right in. I can't speak from experience, but there have been many who have said that the NNBS seat is not as comfortable as the NBS seat. It does have a much better jump seat and center console that might help sway your decision.
The only problem is somewhere in there, some of the seats have the seat belt mounted on the seat, and some of them have it mounted to the cab. Find out which is which, and you are ready to look. IIRC its the 03-07 classic that has them seat mounted.

Just in case; Atomic fab makes a seat bracket (that will give you an extra inch of head room if you are tall), and there are custom seat brackets where you can bolt in a racing style seat. The brackets will be about $150-$250 depending no what you get. Then you can go aftermarket.

If you want to keep it simple. 03-05 direct plug and play . 06-07 classic the plug housing is slightly different. The fabric pattern is different between GMC and Chevrolet lines.
The seat shape/style are also different 99-02 Not sure about the actual plug.

if you want some OEM "better" seats, try to find some from a GEN1 CTS-V, they have the seat belts in the seats as well, probably have to do some fab to get them in and minor electrical work.
