The looks of the toyota truck is on par with my first car an 80's dodge Omni
if the truck was a sleeper it would be different.

There are plenty of those Omni's riding around with intercooled TII motors that run pretty good. I think the ugliness is part of their charm.

As for the Toyotas...the Tacoma has to be one of my favorite mini trucks. I love the lines, especially the 01+ trucks.

my friend has a tacoma and i know he wishes he had that, my uncle has an old datsun Z that he put a 350 in and it flies and what is even funnier is that on the side of the car it says 350-Z, that's 30 years before nissan made a 350-z

That's a pretty kickass truck. And btw, the supra block can handle 1000 hp stock, without any sleeving of any kind. All it needs is forged internals and, with enough traction, would be able to kill just about any street/strip drag around. Anyways, the supra motor fits in extremely tight. You don't need to cut the firewall or anything, just fab up some new motor and transmission mounts. You have to scoot the shifter a few inches back. It's one mean mothafucka

DLC from NC... this is his truck. why do you call it rice? ok it has a parachute... it also has 1200+ untuned hp, and that is cutting about 100 off of what I belive it to be. The wing is to keep his rear down when he passes the finish at 180+ mph. the big "drag radials" are actualy street legal. it has the rollcage and parachute because it definatly has the potential to run under 8. He had a pretaco (below 96 pickup) with a supra engine in it, I belive it was the 1jz-gte, this one is the 2jz-gte. As for it being a sleeper... I think after spending 40grand + on it, he would want to try to make money from racing back... no one in their right minds would spend 40+ grand on a car/truck and not race it to earn more money. about the whole looking nice thing. this dude isn't the richest man in the world, so everything can't be rushed, he goes from paycheck to paycheck. he also did most, if not all of the work himself. He is actualy not finished, he has been working on it for some time now. hope that cleared things up for you. the engine is done with, he is now tuning adjusting the suspension, and working on the body, making sure that everything works.

Since HOLY CRAP! has already been said...I'll say GOOD LORD! DAYUUM! I spent about 12 years as a Toyota tech, and never saw a taco like that come into the shop!
