clicking sound when i reverse

i have a clicking sound from the front end when i reverse and turn the wheel
what could this be u joint or ball joint i just did both tie rods ends and had a alignment

mine does the same thing, however it does it in reverse and D. It does it mainly when i put more stress on the front driver side tire, for examping reversing with wheels turned to the right or in drive as well. I believe it is the ball joint. I have the occasional pop as well. This is in a 01 ecsb silverado

The pop I had to in my 02 z71 and I just found it Monday. pitman arm and idler solved that noise.
For the clicking noise while rolling i guess cv-shaft if 4x4. There cheap to replace 55 bucks a side I believe.

Are those new 4runner limited wheels on your truck?
