Well, I talked to Ron at APC about the corners gone gray. They said to send them back (he gave me a RA #) and they would inspect them and probably send out a new pair. If anyone has done something like this with APC, and had a bad experience, let me know. I did not tell him anything about this site...YET

 

two words: GOOD LUCK!

i fought with them for about 3 weeks trying to get a refund on a a roll pan being boxed wrong.
Finally the clouds cleared and the refund check arrived. JUST STAY ON THEIR ****!!
The customer service manager, i forgot his name is a joke, he's never there, I left him messages, got no calls back. Just stupid stuff that shouldn't be happening.

 

I will say the guy I talked to, Ron, we were playing phone tag for two days, but he did call back and gave me all the info.
