Default Cleaning Heads after cleaning Head Surface?

Hey guys just cleaned some heads with the plastic roto discs on mating surface and scotch brites in a drill on the outside. I have noticed some small debris around the springs and other areas.

Wonder if it would be alright to simple green the heads and lightly hit hit them at the car wash or garden hose??

I don't really see what can hurt as long as I blow them off really good with compressed air after I'm done.
