My 2003 Tahoe has about 78k miles, so will that not be covered under the cluster warranty? Is there any flexibility with the dealerships' service departments on these kinds of issues? My tach and gas gauge have been acting up since I bought it.

Be patient, GM is sending out the second wave of 2003 Trucks as of now. You may possibly be in the second wave if you've not recieved a letter yet.

Kepp in mind they had over one million vehicles involved, so it's gonna take some time to get everyone covered.
