according to all dodge forums, the r/ts are the kings of the highway.
hey file, you wouldent happen to know anyone with a r/t/or new 1500 hemi would you? we could always get a race with one against your truck if its similarly eqipped. i'll even bring the 1100 dollar video camera from work.. and settle this once and for all..

Dodge should have a truck that's higher on the list shortly - the SRT10. I'm not a big Dodge fan but I work for the company that builds the seats for the Dodge Ram. Unfortunately, it's being built in Mexico instead of St. Louis.

You guys want to hear a good one? I've got a guy that I work with that owns a Hemi Ram and he was telling me about how when they were testing the RCSB 2wd Hemi Ram that it was putting out so much power it was twisting driveshafts!
I agree with most here, those lists are complete BS. Also, what is it with R/T owners that make them think thier the fastest thing on the road?

i know that i am not that fast but i barely edged a hemi the other day twice.only by a front fender first and then a door and fender next.only got to 60mph both times.

the hemi that my friend has turned out a 15.1.at the track thats with a 3.56 rearend i think something close to a 3.42 what ever dodge has. got the slip to prove it. beat me but 3/10'ths of a second. also had posi, rcsb, also 90% humidity at the track and it was hot as hell to.bone *** stock.

I whished I knew someone with a rcsb Hemi so we could race but I don't. I did see one on Hwy 281 about 3 days ago and tried to initiate a race but but the driver never cought on. Oh well, I hope I have better luck next time.

Haha! Those Dodge guys are on crack! The Fords guys have a better idea though. We know the lightning is hands down the fastest but the SS ans 5.3 RCSB Silverado are neck and neck. I have raced a handful of Dakota R/T's when my truck was stock and completely destroyed every one of them. They are ranking the 5.3 a little lower than they should.
