Default can someone please explain this?

I think I am having some trouble with my Efans / Nelson Harness. Fans would continue running after turning truck off. I had to start dropping the NEG cable every time I got out of the thing. I was told that the blower motor resistor adn harness were the root of the issue. Bought them, changed them, (the resistor was smoked but the harness was fine, replaced it anyway). Fans would still run when I connected the NEG cable??? So I tapped on the relays in the Efan harness, and they stopped. So, thinking that one or al of the relays were crappy, I replaced them.

Here is the important part, please read carefully...

When you start the truck, NO FANS COME ON. Turn on the AC, the right side fan (view from inside the cab) comes on high speed. Left side fan still doing nothing. Truck gets up to temp, Right side fan comes on. I really want to believe that the right side fan should be turning on as soon as the truck is started, but I can not remember.

From the description, are my fans working properly or do I have a problem here?

Yours sounds correct. If its still wired like mine....

No fans run when started and AC off and under temp.
2 fans run on low with AC off and need cooling.
1 fan - passenger side runs high whenever AC compressor cycles
2 fans run high when AC cycles and need cooling
